The Training was designed for residents and Post-Graduate Interns (PGIs) across departments. A post-training evaluation showed that the program met its objective of equipping participants with the knowledge needed for research protocol submission. Attendees found the guidelines and insights particularly helpful in simplifying the research process.  The program garnered 46 responses, with 30 participants completing the full training and receiving e-certificates.
